SAVORY TOMATO TART (TARTS TOMATE)
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
4-5 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on top of the puff pastry.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top of the tomatoes.
Bake the tomato tart in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Let the tomato tart cool for a few minutes before slicing it into pieces.
Table Setting:
Use a white tablecloth as a base.
Add some greenery such as olive branches or eucalyptus leaves as a centerpiece.
Use blue plates and bowls to represent the Mediterranean Sea.
Use gold flatware to add some elegance.
Use white napkins with blue or green napkin rings.
