Chef Wendy Gay is a culinary educator, catering professional, personal chef and owner of Culinary Vacations and Chef Wendy’s Healthful Kitchen. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Mrs. Gay has served the foodservice and hospitality industries in a number of roles. Her career roles have included Catering Director for Brennan’s Restaurant of Houston, Texas, Catering Manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Club Manager at The Georgian Club, Catering Director at The Vinings Club (managed by The Ritz-Carlton) and Director of Training for the Futren Corporation (private club management firm). Most recently, she was the Director of Catering at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel.

As a culinary educator, Wendy has served as a member of the faculty of The Culinary Institute of America, teaching Table Service, and Banquet and Catering. She has also earned certification through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute as a Certified Hospitality Educator. Wendy was an Instructor in the Culinary Department at The Art Institute of Atlanta for six years.

Chef Wendy resides in the Atlanta area with her husband, Milton.
